| 6.1 | All rolls of Altro Safety Flooring must be stored in an upright position. Ensure that rolls are secured against accidental damage and that of falling over. |
| 6.2 | Ensure that all sufficient rolls allowed are delivered and stored within the appropriate area for a minimum of 24 hours prior installation. |
| 6.3 | Screw into sub floor using countersunk stainless steel screws. |
| 6.4 | Ensure a clean, flat, dry and well lighted area be allowed to lay material out prior to cutting appropriate lengths. |
| 6.5 | Unwrap and unroll material face down on the prepared cutting area. |
| 6.6 | Using straight edge and square ensure that leading edge is cut straight and true. |
| 6.7 | Mark clearly on back of material a direction arrow. It is imperative that all subsequent cuts from all rolls are marked in the same direction. |
| 6.8 | All cuts shall be cut oversize by 25mm each end. |
| 6.9 | Align straight edge at 90 degrees to salvage edge utilising square at required length. Cut and mark as #1. |
| 6.10 | Cut subsequent lengths. Mark directional arrow and consecutive numbers eg. 1,2,3,4,5 etc |
| 6.11 | Roll all cuts and place in a standing position within the area to be laid for a minimum of 24 hours prior to installation. This will allow material to acclimatize to the temperature of the installation area. |
