Altro Whiterock White, Altro Whiterock Satins
To meet the high finishing standards required, 1400m² Altro Whiterock White and 300m² Altro Whiterock Satins Fawn were chosen for their hygienic properties, helping reduce the spread of infection to protect those undergoing examination and treatment.
Altro Whiterock, is a fully sealed system, leaving nowhere to harbour vermin and there are no grouted joints where bacterial or fungal growth can occur. It offers a smooth, impervious system that is easy to clean and requires no special maintenance regime, saving time and ongoing maintenance cost, making this the perfect solution for the hospital. Altro Whiterock is also durable and impact resistant and meets all current directives on health and hygiene.
One of the key purposes of this project was the provision of a facility for skills transfer from international expert surgeons, so the client wanted to achieve European aesthetic and hygiene compliance standards. We were confident that Altro products could meet the required standards, the contractor handled the materials well, and the client was very pleased with the end result.
