As the videos are often large files, it is important to download the correct version for your
computer and connection type. Note that you will need to download the files completely before you try to play them.
If you are using CABLE INTERNET, or have another type of HIGH-SPEED CONNECTION,
you might like to select the HI-RES option, as the image clarity is better (These are high resolution Quick-Time movie files).
If you are using a 56K MODEM or slower, we advise using the LO-RES option, to speed
up transfer time. Although these are smaller in size, they still contain enough resolution
to convey the installation methods (These are low resolution Quick-Time movie files). Reducing the size of your video player screen may improve image quality...
