Frequently asked questions

What’s the best browser to use with these visualiser tools?

Run Altro Insta-space using Google Chrome, Apple Safari, Microsoft Edge or Mozilla Firefox. It is not compatible with Microsoft Internet Explorer.

Can I upload a photo and change the floors and walls at the same time?

No, you need to treat them individually, and use the separate floors and walls Insta-space tools at this time. To bring the floor and wall designs together, use Altro Insta-space: Floors first, and save your image. Upload this saved image into Altro Insta-space: walls, select your walls products and you will then have your finished design.

I can sometimes see that parts of the floor or walls may not be completed removed?

This happens occasionally with the software and is normal. The photo is a representation and not a precise image.

Can I download and save the image?

Yes. Use the ‘save’ button to either download or email it. You can even share the image and your design on social media channels if you wish.

Can I choose any floor or wall product in my photo?

Yes. You can select any product. Please be careful that you select an appropriate product for your environment – if you need help with this, use the Altro product selector which enables you to find a product based on your needs, such as slip-resistance and impact sound reduction.
